Feb. Monthly Meeting
| (Wednesday 2/21, 9:30-11:30am, Island Club) Light refreshments will be provided. Presentation – We are pleased to have Dan Willcox, a certified “Paint Like Bob Ross” instructor, showing us how he can paint and complete an oil painting in 45 minutes, using Bob Ross’ techniques. He will also demonstrate using an acrylic background with oil to add highlights and texture. Even if you aren’t interested in oil or Bob Ross, you’re sure to learn a few techniques that can be used with any medium. Show and Tell – Please bring in and display (A) any artwork you have completed or (B) any art that has received an award since our last Monthly Meeting. You’ll do a brief introduction and your artwork will be displayed for viewing. |
